The role requires fluent English and Spanish, excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients for appointments, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments and procedures as needed.
• Provide basic interpretation support in English and Spanish as required.
• Support communication across care teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
