Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy, headquartered in Rocklin, CA, is seeking a Bilingual Patient Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) to handle patient calls and scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English.
• 1 year of office admin experience.
• Experience in call/contacts center or high-volume call environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from new and existing patients and schedule with available therapists.
• Record and communicate patient information (ID, history, insurance, intake forms, etc.).
• Screen and coordinate calls from healthcare providers.
• Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads.
