Job summary

Florida Urology Partners is seeking a Bilingual Patient Ambassador to be the first point of contact for patients seeking care at our Tampa area clinics. The role emphasizes exceptional patient experience, scheduling accuracy, and professional communication.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, with strong customer service skills, and experience coordinating appointments with providers. This is a full-time position at our clinical operations hub.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in medical office, patient access, scheduling, or healthcare customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
• Experience with insurance verification/authorization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound patient calls at Webb Road and Gunn Highway locations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments following provider schedules.
• Coordinate patient appointments with providers and office staff for efficiency.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EMR and maintain HIPAA compliance.
