Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families.

• Record and receive patient payments.
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance data.
• Obtain insurance verifications, pre-authorizations, and pre-determinations.
• Process external records requests.
• Data entry into imaging software.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to team effort and meet deadlines.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
