Responsibilities include coordinating visits, educating patients on treatment plans, verifying eligibility, maintaining patient confidentiality, and supporting the team as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of medical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to confidently converse with patients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Coordinate patient visits to progress treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and policies.
• Schedule physicians' treatment plans with patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and liaise with Billing.
