Boston Brace International, Inc dba OP Specialty Bracing in Davie, FL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I-Bilingual Spanish to be the first point of contact for patients and referrals. You will collect insurance information, schedule appointments, ensure accuracy of demographics, and provide compassionate customer service in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

Responsibilities include verifying insurance, coordinating with physicians and referrals, maintaining electronic charts with Nymbl

Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Check patients in and out; register patients with insurance and demographics.
• Coordinate with referral sources to obtain physician schedules.
• Verify patient insurance and initiate prior authorizations.
• Maintain electronic charts using Nymbl software.
• Support the clinic staff and office flow; HIPAA compliance.
• Initiate product delivery to patients at checkout and coordinate with providers/insurers.
