You will blend compassionate customer service with precise administrative tasks to support children and families through care processes.

The role requires multitasking, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication in a fast-paced clinical team. A High School or Associate Degree is preferred; related experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a clinical or front-desk setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Check patients in and out and register insurance information.
• Coordinate with referrals and physician schedules.
• Verify insurance and initiate prior authorizations.
