Job summary

OP Specialty Bracing is growing and hiring a Patient Care Coordinator in Florida. You will be the first point of contact with patients and referral sources, delivering compassionate service and accurate information.

This role requires strong organizational and people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic while maintaining HIPAA compliance. You will assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and coordination with physicians to ensure smooth patient

Qualifications

• High School diploma or associate degree required or preferred.
• Related experience in medical office administration beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out with cordial, accurate data collection.
• Verify insurance, initiate prior authorizations and collect balances.
• Coordinate with referral sources to obtain physician schedules.
• Maintain charts using Nymbl software and support billing documentation.
• Support clinic staff and manage appointment scheduling and no-shows.
