Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients through their orthodontic journey. You will explain treatment plans, address questions, and help establish scheduling and payment arrangements.

The role requires strong customer service, sales experience, and bilingual Spanish; 1 year of treatment coordinating preferred. This on-site position in Mount Pleasant includes occasional travel to sister clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.

Responsabilités

• Consult with patients to understand oral health history, concerns, and objectives.
• Explain the treatment plan and address patient questions.
• Assist in prioritizing treatment and scheduling/payment arrangements.
• Conduct financial consultations with new and existing patients when plans are presented.
• Manage payment options and policies for patients.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and Ortho benefit plans.
