Responsibilities

• Promptly answers all incoming calls, providing high-level customer support with a smile.
• Identifies the reason for calls and responds accordingly.
• For patient calls, confirms identity and verifies current contact information.
• Schedules, reschedules, confirms, and cancels appointments.
• Records and relays messages to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains program logs and complies with HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Performs insurance verification.
• Other duties as assigned.
