Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule appointments per guidelines and educate patients on services.
• Ensure no patient is turned away; secure appointments.
• Report patient concerns to supervisor.
