The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and HIPAA compliance while coordinating with the benefits system. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese required.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Must submit a CORI release form and demonstrate proof of being free from disqualifying information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and front-desk support to Health Connector/MassHealth enrollment department.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and document management.
• Coordinate with the AI benefits support system and communicate with individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
