HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. “The Heart of Our Community” in Fall River is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our fast-paced medical team.

You will provide administrative and front-desk support for the Health Connector/MassHealth enrollment department, assisting patients with scheduling, document handling, and coordinating with the AI benefits support system. The role requires English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluency, a high school diploma, and prior receptionist or healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese required.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Must submit a CORI release form and demonstrate proof of being free from disqualifying information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and front-desk support to enrollment department.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and document management.
• Coordinate with AI benefits support system and communicate with individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
