HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. in Fall River, MA invites an experienced LPN to join our fast-paced community health team. This full-time role supports pediatric and adult patient care under the Director of Nursing, with a schedule Mon – Fri 9:30 am – 6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license (required)
• BLS/CPR certification current
• EMR experience
• CORI release form and clearance
• Bi-lingual/tri-lingual skills preferred (English, Spanish, Portuguese)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care under Nursing Director supervision
• Assess patients, administer treatments, and support continuity of care
• Collaborate with Providers for efficient patient management
• Maintain organized work area and effective communication with patients
