Responsibilities

• Document all inquiries concerning patient accounts from patients and third party payers.
• Act as first line of support for questions about accounts or claims.
• Resolve issues and communicate resolutions in the Patient Accounting System.
• Escalate complex accounts to management for assistance and resolution.
• Respond within 24 hours with updates on status or resolution.
