Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests at check-in.
• Complete check-in and check-out processes.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients as needed and obtain consents.
• Collect co-payments and post payments.
• Manage end-of-day cash drawer and billing data.
• Inform patients of delays and reschedule appointments.
• Support other departments as needed.
