Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Naperville, IL location. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday hours and occasional Saturday coverage.

You will handle registration, scheduling, patient accounts, and cash handling in a busy healthcare setting, using strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, healthcare experience, bilingual abilities, and a willingness to travel if needed to off-site

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• 2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required if off-site duties may occur.
