Qualifications

• Experience in patient scheduling or medical office administration.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and returning patients in Epic using approved appointment types.
• Coordinate appointments across rotating mobile clinic locations and provide instructions.
• Assist patients with forms, financial assistance, transportation, and access services.
• Complete registration and verify patient information.
• Answer calls and route requests to administrative or clinical areas.
• Maintain Epic documentation and scheduling records.
• Support mobile unit readiness and inventory.
