Job summary

Planned Parenthood Southeast is seeking a Bi-Lingual Patient Access Associate to provide professional, caring service at the Patient Access Center. The role includes scheduling in English and Spanish, guiding patients through pre-appointment steps, and screening for eligibility while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws.

The position requires strong communication, data entry, and knowledge of reproductive health services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college or additional education preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Knowledge of family planning services and/or reproductive health care.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in English and Spanish per protocol for PPSE health services.
• Provide pre-appointment instructions and refer patients to PPSE forms.
• Screen callers for abortion-service eligibility per GA state/federal laws.
• Assist with translating and patient-facing documents as needed.
• Input patient data into the NextGen system and manage high-volume calls.
