Job summary

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Client Access Representative to greet clients at public sites, manage the lobby, and support registration and insurance verification. Role requires trauma-informed, culturally responsive service and coordination with staff to connect clients to health, housing, and wraparound services across Denver sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service front desk or medical office preferred.
• Experience with vulnerable or underserved populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, and serve as first point of contact.
• Register clients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and enter data into EHR.
• Provide HIPAA-compliant health information management and data processing.
