Inspira Health Network is seeking a Patient Access Registration Representative to deliver a proactive, patient-first experience. You will register patients, verify insurance, and collect payments while explaining consent forms and ensuring signatures across Emergency, Outpatient, SDS and Admitting areas.

Strong customer service and communication are essential. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus; familiarity with HDX, Recondo, and PatientCo supports accurate data capture and financial responsibility

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required.
• Some college and/or CHAA certified preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution.
• Hospital and Insurance registration experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Register patients at all points of registration (Emergency Room, Outpatient, SDS and Admitting) and collect accurate demographic information.
• Verify patient insurances in the HDX system and determine financial responsibility via Recondo.
• Request and collect patient responsibility amount at time of service when applicable via PatientCo.
• Explain hospital consent forms and registration documents and obtain patient signatures.
• Ensure awareness of hospital policies and procedures during registration.
