Eisner Health in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Registration Representative to ensure accurate on-site patient registration, financial triage, and data entry. You will greet patients, collect forms, and provide culturally sensitive service to diverse families.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to navigate EMR and practice management systems. This is a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with a focus on accessibility to care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and coworkers.
• Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn electronic medical/practice management and telephone systems within the first month of employment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients warmly and assist them with the registration process, both in person and by telephone.
• Help patients complete required forms and answer questions about the registration process and available services.
• Provide professional, culturally sensitive customer service to patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Listen to patient concerns and help resolve issues or connect patients with the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Register patients efficiently and accurately while helping minimize wait times.
• Review and update patient demographics and ensure information in the electronic medical record and practice management system is complete and accurate.
• Learn about Eisner Health's medical, dental, behavioral health, specialty, and support services so you can provide patients with accurate information and help connect them to appropriate resources.
• Promote awareness of Center programs and services that may benefit patients and families.
