Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior registration or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.
• Bilingual ability English/Polish required.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients maintaining productivity, accuracy, and quality.
• Explain the registration process to patients and answer questions.
• Enter accurate and complete data; ensure financial protocols are met.
• Notify admission for ER admissions and schedule outpatient appointments.
• Screen referrals and orders for medical necessity; obtain authorizations as needed.
