Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator in Northbrook, IL to connect patients with essential medical care in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will engage with potential and existing patients, schedule appointments, and maintain high service standards.

We offer comprehensive training, full-time hours Monday through Friday, and a compensation range of $20-$23 per hour depending on experience. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center experience in customer service or retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and data-entry abilities.
• Ability to follow scripts and decision trees.
• Experience in medical industry is a plus.
• Bilingual: English and Polish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Present a professional and energetic approach to patients.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to scheduling and retention.
• Educate patients on services and appointment details.
• Follow up with patients to ensure care and attendance.
• Enter patient information accurately and schedule appointments.
• Adhere to scripts, decision trees and compliance protocols.
