AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Patient Access Specialist to support Spanish-speaking clients and provide services in both Spanish and English.

You will handle data entry, benefit investigations, and navigation of reimbursement issues while guiding healthcare providers and patients. You will respond to inquiries in both languages, gather patient data, verify benefits with insurers, and document interactions in the data system.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent required or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
• Must be able to complete a language assessment.
• Experience with insurance benefit investigations and health insurance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Gathers patient data and reviews insurance benefits.
• Records call details in patient data system and verifies benefits with insurers.
• Handles difficult patient situations and performs follow-ups with pharmacies.
• Identifies patient access barriers and reports safety information.
• May take and receive calls as needed.
