Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
• Must complete a language assessment.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2–4 years of benefit investigation experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of healthcare provider interaction preferred.
• Pharmacy, call center, or MD office experience preferred.
• Enrollment, pre-assessment & benefits processes exposure preferred.
• PartD claim experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to introduce services.
• Gather patient data and review insurance benefits.
• Record call details in the patient data system.
• Contact insurers for benefits verification.
• Handle difficult patient situations.
• Follow up with pharmacies.
• Identify and report adverse events per program requirements.
• May take and receive calls.
