You will provide essential passenger services including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, terminal check‑in, jet‑way guidance, and VIP assistance at partner airports around the world, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

The role is bilingual—English plus another language—and requires excellent communication, a customer‑service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language is a plus.
• Prior passenger service or hospitality experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and rebook passengers after disruptions.
• Manage baggage processing and applicable fees.
• Assist passengers with check-in and special needs (UM, VIP, wheelchair).
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine as required.
• Make public announcements and operate jet way as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security and airline SOPs; complete required documentation.
