Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills in country specific language.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by disruptions.
• Manage passenger baggage processing and fee calculation if applicable.
• Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes including special needs.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Qarantine as required.
• Operate reservation/ticketing software and produce required documentation.
