Responsibilities

• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker.
