Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, reflecting the diverse customer base.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process payments, and help maintain inventory and displays. In addition to customer service duties, you may assist with store operations, returns, and occasional driving for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, and sales or service; ASE certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professionals and installers in serving customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns, and handle cash, checks, and card transactions.
• -address and resolve customer complaints and support store operations.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
