O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

You should be comfortable with handling cash, returns, and in-store services, and you may assist professional customers as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and familiarity with automotive parts and sales processes is a plus.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operations including stock replenishment, planogram updates, and cleanliness.
