Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) may be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Answer store calls and lookup parts and prices per policy; promote related items.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle payments with accuracy.
• Perform daily image maker, planogram updates, stock, and in-store services as trained.
