O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist in Ohio to support professional customers at the installer counter and oversee delivery operations. The role emphasizes accurate orders, timely deliveries, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The position requires a strong mechanical background, effective communication, and ASE certification, with Spanish language skills being highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages and vehicle inspections in fleet management devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service.
