Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter, coordinate delivery orders, and oversee delivery staff to ensure accurate, timely parts delivery.

The role requires a solid mechanics background with good communication; bilingual ability is a plus. ASE certification is desirable and you will work with Sales teams to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activity of delivery specialists.
• Assist installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Process orders, supervise picking/staging for delivery, and route deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspected.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Managers to provide superior service.
• Verify returns, warranties, and credits are processed accurately.
