O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high quality service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management.

You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, process transactions, and help with stock updates and planogram maintenance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for growth within a leading automotive parts retailer.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling activities.
• Handle cash, process payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and recommend related items.
• Assist with stock updates, planograms, and daily store operations.
• Occasionally operate store test equipment and perform basic in-store services as trained.
