Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in-home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, while building essential communication and daily living skills.

Training is provided, including RBT exam support. We offer paid training if not certified, a bilingual pay premium, and opportunities for career progression

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• RBT certification preferred, not required.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with BCBA and care team.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
