Mom’s Meals in Ankeny, IA is seeking a part-time bilingual Customer Service Representative to greet customers placing meal orders and provide friendly, efficient support. You will handle calls, input orders, and coordinate with case managers, working onsite with training provided.

Training lasts two weeks full-time, then standard hours are 20–29 per week. Starting wage is $18.00/hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with software.
• Clear oral communication and deescalation skills.
• 1 year of call center experience and HIPAA awareness.
• Experience with CRM, Outlook and Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for meal orders.
• Address questions and provide exceptional service.
• Input order information into client order screen.
• Document conversations in client information system.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Coordinate with case managers by phone, email, or fax as needed.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a friendly tone.
