Mom’s Meals seeks upbeat, people-first individuals for a part-time bilingual customer service role in Des Moines, IA. You’ll be the first friendly voice helping customers place meal orders, with 20–29 hours weekly and onsite training.

The position includes a two-week full-time onsite training period and is based at 7000 Fleur Drive, Des Moines. Benefits include weekly pay, a casual dress code, and growth opportunities from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Clear oral communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate situations and resolve complaints.
• Experience adhering to company policies and values.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for meal orders.
• Address questions and provide exceptional service.
• Input order information into client systems.
• Document conversations in client database.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have orders on file.
• Coordinate with case managers by phone, email, or fax for special cases.
