Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to serve Spanish-speaking customers calling to place meal orders. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong communication, and a patient, service-oriented attitude.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm with potential overtime and a starting wage of $18.00/hour. Benefits, PTO, and weekly pay are available after 30 days, with training and opportunities for growth at a nationwide home-delivered meals company in

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software in work/school settings.
• Clear oral communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate situations and resolve complaints quickly.
• Experience adhering to company policies and showing core values.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for meal orders.
• Address questions and provide exceptional service.
• Input order information into the client order system.
• Document conversations in the client information database.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Notify case managers by phone, email, or fax for special situations.
• Work efficiently without making the client feel rushed.

Mom’s Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am.

This position can start on Monday, September 28th or Monday, October 12th.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order
• Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
• Document all conversations with client into client information database
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
• Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

Required Skills and Experience

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)
• High school degree or GED
• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting
• Clear oral communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
• Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
• Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
