Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service in a branch environment. You will greet clients, help them with everyday banking needs, and use the latest digital tools to enhance their experience.

You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on products, open new accounts when needed, and collaborate with the branch team to meet goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking in both English and Spanish fluently is required for this role

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service in the branch.
• Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with policies.
