Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Chicago to deliver exceptional client experiences, greeting clients, and guiding them through banking solutions. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, delivering attentive service, and leveraging digital tools to meet financial goals.

You will open and service accounts, educate customers on Chase Mobile App and other self-service options, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer service experience or equivalent mix of roles.
• Able to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming branch environment and greet clients to manage lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in line with bank policies.
