Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver exceptional client experiences at the branch. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients achieve their financial goals using digital tools and traditional banking services.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, account servicing, and assisting with day-to-day transactions while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely to understand and help clients.
• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients entering the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling in line with bank policies.
