Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Fluent reading and speaking in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
