In this role, you will learn Chase products quickly, handle routine banking transactions, and maintain compliant operations while delivering a superior client experience.

• Clear communication with clients to understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and maintain cash handling per policies.
