Responsibilities

• Review, organize, analyze, and summarize claim files, reports, records, and other case materials.
• Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories, post-judgment pleadings, abstracts, writs, levying documents, and appeals-related materials for attorney review.
• Assist with deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, witness preparation, mediation, arbitration, and trial support.
• Prepare deposition binders, trial binders, exhibits, demonstrative evidence, and courtroom presentation materials.
• Maintain case files, manage litigation deadlines, support discovery workflows, and assist with legal research and case organization.

Job Summary

A legal services organization in Encino, CA is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support insurance defense attorneys in a direct hire role. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and legal support teams in a professional, collaborative environment where accuracy, organization, and proactive communication are valued. Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, analyze, and summarize claim files, reports, records, and other case materials.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 to $95,000 per year.
• Direct hire opportunity.
• Work location: In person in Encino, CA.
• Pay is commensurate with skills and years of experience.
