• Use de-escalation strategies following the behavior support plan and CPI techniques.
• Deliver individual or small group instruction and monitor student engagement.
• Assist with classroom management and preparation of lesson materials.
• Provide safety support and basic first aid as needed.
• Translate verbal/written information for students and staff (bilingual).
