Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions. You will handle sales with accuracy, stock displays, and support deliveries while maintaining product knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include resolving concerns, meeting store sales goals, and staying current on product features. This role requires English and Spanish proficiency and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Stock shelves and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
