Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join Store #5331 in Allston, MA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, and ensure high service standards while supporting store sales goals.

You will handle transactions, stock shelves, tint/mix paints, and maintain a clean, well-presented store. Strong English and Spanish communication, plus a valid license, are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal candidates must meet performance and HR eLearning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
• Maintain precise work order files and related paperwork.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
