Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to assist commercial paint customers, answer questions about products, and recommend effective solutions while driving store sales. You will work in stores within a 15 mile radius of Store 703272 and help with transactions, inventory, tinting, and displays to ensure top-notch service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must read, write, and speak English
• Must read, write, and communicate in Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products
• Build trust with wholesale customers
• Process transactions accurately
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix to specs
