Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Branch Customer Service Specialist to help commercial paint customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. This role supports store sales goals and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, and availability to work in stores around Woodbury, MN.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must read, write and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; load/unload delivery trucks.
